• Player details: name, date of birth, gender, school, football experience and relevant medical information.
• Parent or guardian details: name, relationship, phone numbers and email address.
• Emergency contact details.
• Documents uploaded during registration, such as a birth certificate, photo and signed forms.
• Messages you send through our contact form.

How we use it

• To process registrations and place players in the right age group.
• To keep players safe, including responding to medical needs and emergencies.
• To communicate with parents about training, fixtures, fees and academy news.
• To meet our safeguarding responsibilities.

How it is stored

This website does not keep a database of player records. Registration details and documents are sent securely by email directly to the academy inbox and handled only by authorised academy staff.

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, and in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

Photographs and videos

We only publish images of players whose parents or guardians have given media consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you or your child, or object to how it is used. Contact us using the details below.
